I purchased the laser parking guide as a gift for a relative. He has installed it in his garage and loves it. I may purchase another one to install into my garage.

Just as described. I lined up my two vehicles, plugged in the unit and found a convenient place for mounting to the garage ceiling. I did not use the wallboard sleeves provided but others which I had. Entire operation must have taken fifteen minutes in total. I found that the lasers did not spread far enough apart so I simply crossed them; the left one on the right vehicle and the right on the left vehicle. My wife and I find the car and truck very easy to align for parking. Anybody need two old tennis balls with some string attached?

easy to install & light is bright even during day. wish it stayed on longer but not bad though. motion sensor for auto-on works great.

The unit is easy enough to install. My garage has a high ceiling and, thus, I had to secure the laser system to the underside of the existing garage door opener. I plugged the AC adapter of the laser system into the electrical outlet on the ceiling right above the garage door opener - it certainly helped that the length of the connecting wire was over four feet long! Then I parked and positioned both my vehicles exactly where I wanted them and adjusted the laser arms to set the light beams to show up on the dashboard where I desired. The system, including the motion detector, works fine and it undeniably looks cool - my only gripe is that I wish the laser light stayed on a bit longer (I timed it a few times and sometimes it would switch off within 15 seconds and sometimes within 30 seconds).
