Good value September 30, 2008 William Mueller (Fernley, NV United States) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This car cover keeps debris and particularly Box Elder bugs from leaving their stains on the car's finish. It is easy to deploy and covers most of the metalwork. For an Elantra it could have been just a tad deeper to make up for the side mirrors. The description on Amazon is accurate. The method of preventing theft by leaving the stuff bag inside the trunk has so far deterred the local thieves and eliminated the shock of finding it gone in the morning.
Lighweight but high quality January 9, 2009 John P. Ryan (St. Louis, MO USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Well worth the price. Quality construction. A word of caution- pay heed to the car sizes as they describe them. I took a chance and bought a small for my Hyundai Elantra and could have used a medium. Still able to make it work.Good investment.
Car Cover March 31, 2010 Wayne K. Arthur 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great Deal for the money, cheapest I could find! And it's kinda funny how as soon as I seen the bag attached to the back; that I immediately(beyond a shadow of a doubt) thought of cutting it off. I'm glad I didn't because it works great for what it was also designed to do, which is, put it in your trunk, close it, and use it as an anchor to hold the cover while putting it on. I guess this is why I'm a Rocket Scientist! RIGHT! Thanks designers of the cover and Amazon, a great Company! Wayne Arthur
Car cover April 25, 2009 Cnsun (Memphis, TN United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I received the cover promptly after ordering. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase. I like the material of the car cover and it is doing what I need it to do. Note: While the mid size fits well front-to-back, the sides could be a bit longer for a 2009 Corolla.
decent fit, but hard to pack away, could use more straps September 11, 2009 Omar Siddique (Ellicott City, MD USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This cover fits reasonably well, but is hard to pack away, and lets the wind blow dust up under the sides.
The attached carry-bag goes in the trunk and anchors the cover, and there's a small cord that is meant to pass under the car and through two grommeted holes on each side of the cover to keep it from flapping.
I tried it on both a Honda Civic (2006) and a Plymouth Avenger. On the Avenger (mid/full-sized car), the cover didn't reach the bottom of the car on the sides, but fit fine elsewhere. Perhaps because of that, I had wind blow dust/dirt up inside the cover.
Like most large items with a "convenient carrying case", actually folding the item into a semblance of its original configuration to put it back in the bag is a challenge (especially on a cover that has no real corners because of its elastic edging -- it's like folding a very large fitted sheet). There really should be markings on the cover to make this easier ("fold here").
For the price, this is a decent cover, though not perfect.
